Can you program your own healthy diet?
Of course, you can. It can be even a fascinating activity - a kind of hobby. However, you should keep in mind that composing the optimal nutrition requires a fairly extensive knowledge, and this means spending your valuable time on it. Moreover, you need to collect the right ingredients, prepare dishes and store them – time expenditure again. Finally, you have to eat it yet (preferably with pleasure).
If you don't have eagerness for cooking, it will be better to let professionals take care for your diet. The saved time, you can spend on these activities where no one can substitute you, e.g. on training. You just need to be sure that your supplier is reliable and really knows the job.
